The mission of PJD

PJD (Project Just Dance) is an organization whose aim is

- Give to the young the opportunity to study hip hop with the best techers and dancers in all the world at the best price
- to give chance to the young guys in the field of hip hop dance.

We do that through a circuit of Hip Hop events events and school (Professional Schools, Campus, Contest, workshops, etc..).

What really sets PJD in organizing these events is to create opportunities for all young people to meet best hip hop dancers in the world. The youngs have the opportunity to study techniques discipline that distinguish the various styles of Hip Hop and its culture and above all to get in touch with the deep humanity and skeels that characterize these great professional teachers.

What really differentiates the PJD from other associations is that Cristina Gallesi, the technical and educating manager, has chosen the teachers focusing his search towards great and positive example of life for young people..
PJD TEACHERS are chosen in the world of PROFESSIONAL DANCERS and they must be both
the best PERFORMERS in the world, but also great life examples for youngs
Dancers, with high educational values to teach and transmit.



PJD share his educational path into 3 different programs: FRENCH VIBES (best French teachers), AMERICAN VIBES (best USA teachers and dancers), ITALIAN VIBES (the best merging new italian talents). In each program dancers and educators are related to the specific nationality. Hip Hop dance team recognizes its most representative and strong rooth, in terms of styling and technical support, in the American and French school. In Italy, through the last 3 years, mainly thanks to the work of PJD, is started an important process to import the best of hip hop from USA and FRANCE. The most important events that lead in Italy this import of culture are FRENCH GALA’ (in the North of Italy in december), HYPER WEEK (named also FRENCH SUMMER CAMP established in Sicily in July), COAST TO COAST CAMPUS (north of Italy in June). The teachers involved in the FRENCH VIBES branch are: PHILIPPE ALMEIDA aka PHYSS (from Paris), MICKAEL LAMARRE aka NIAKO (fromParis), SALAS, BOUCHOUCHA (from Lille), SERGE LOPES (fromParis) , NDEDI MASELLU aka DEDSON (from Paris), KAPELA MARNA (from Paris), SY OUSMANE (from Paris), ANTOINETTE aka CRAZYLOCK (from Paris), and many others..

The PJD believes that through the study of Hip Hop (both dance and culture) the youngs shurely develop a deep knowledge and educational experience because the HH is a multiethnic CULTURE rooted in healthier value that are the same for all people and companies in the world. The youngs students, joined and linked eachother by the great passion for dance, will meet the differents face of hip hop culture, traditions (music, language, expression, religious), lifestyles, etc. from Japan as well as from Morocco .. from Brazil as well as from china to Africa to east Europe. Our circuit is without doubt a very great experience that permit to the teachers and students to grow together a strong relationship focused in respect and skylls and it’s surely a
great school of life.

Teachers, as well as professional dancers are the heart of FRENCH VIBES, and they have a big but also great great responsibility towards children and the same PJD: grow the young alums both in technics and education!

HYPER WEEK 2010: is a very special event, now in its 4thedition FRENCH SUMMER CAMPUS aka Hyper week, will take place in Sicilyand precisely in the tourist residence OASI LAMIA located in the village of Mazara del Vallo. Sicily is known in all the world for being the most important region in all the Mediterranean area concerning the classic history. A few km away from the village lies the Greek
Acropolis (the Bigger and well preserved in the all world: SELINUNTE) .. as well as Palermo, to visit, is one of the most beautiful cities of the world where the various dominations (Viking, Arab, African, Spanish, etc.) blend perfectly with the architectural treasures of the Italian Renaissances..


HYPER WEEK CAMPUS takes place in a safe and confortable structure well organize and build to bring
together the double meaning to study during pleasant holidays soak in the sun of Sicily: the residence (OASIS LAMIA, street del Mare, Mazara del Vallo, Trapani) consists in a series of nice apartments furnished with kitchen, surrounded by green grasse park and in the middle of the park there’s a nice swimming pool furnished with bar and restaurant.

There are 2 different size of apartments

- Size a: 6 beds (2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 toilette, 3 double bed)

- Size b: 4 beds (1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 toilette, 2 double bed)

Inside the residence is possible to have a Restaurant-Pizzeria; daily classes (6 classes a
day) take place in a covered building of 600 square metres furnished with a mirror wall
high 2,50 metres and large 20 metres; the residence is run by the family of Lamia that are the owners of the all structure and because of this fact they take care in a very kindly way to the guest.

The village is located 500 m from the sea and beach (a 5 minuts walk)
The program of study during the day is prepared in a way that allows
students to enjoy the pleasures of a holiday in one of the most
beautiful place in the world (sun, sea, beaches, art) and at the same time to deal with absolute
seriousness the classes and the timetable of classes is divided into
classes in the morning from 10 to 13.30; until 17.30 the boys are left
free to relax, go to the beach or in the village enjoy being together
in the pool and from 17.30 to 21 takes place the second study part of
the day. PJD organize for the night time, some Party around swimming
pool and on the beach (Old School Clubbin Night; Hip HoP and House
Night). The 18 of July will be HYPER WEEK CONTEST: freestyle 1 vs 1 mix
and 3 vs 3 mix style; the contest will be in the main square in the center of the historical center of
Mazara del Vallo.
Teachers for FRENCH SUMMER CAMPUS 2010 are: PHYSS, NIAKO, KAPELA, SERGE
LOPES, DEDSON, DJIDAWI, Antoinette, NADINE TIMAS, .. (waiting for
response from: Salomon, Aminata, Naim, ..)

The proposal that PJD does is: period from night to night, 16 july until 22 of
july (7 nights), breakfast lunch and dinner; about 32 workshops, fly ticket Paris/Trapani/Paris
+ airport shuttle from the airport to Oasi Lamia Residence for the total of 650 euros
payable in different ways depending on the needs of the student.

To fix this price we need

a) your confirmation within 20 february;
b) fly ticket must be reserved and payed within the 30 april

For the guys will be a fantastic week soak in dance, sun, beach, in a pleasant location, full of guys and dancers coming from many different countries.. We are really proud because In the last 3 past edition of the HYPER WEEK we have built an athmosphere between students and teachers full of positive energy.
